IT IS A MATTER OF CONCERN KEJRIWAL GOVERNMENT INSTEAD OF WORKING ON A SOLUTION OF ENVIRONMENT CRISIS IS LOCKED IN BATTLE OF WORDS OVER APPOINTMENTS OF OFFICERS WITH THE LT. GOVERNOR, BJP DEMANDS THAT GOVERNMENT SHOULD PROVIDE MASK FOR SCHOOL CHILDREN AND MAKE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR HEART & LUNG PATIENTS IN HOSPITALS
New Delhi, 5th November. Delhi BJP President Shri Satish Upadhyay has said that it is a matter of concern that today when Delhi is facing a worst ever environment crisis, Delhi’s Arvind Kejriwal Goverment instead of putting forward a solution to it is locked in a battle of words with the Lt. Governor & Central Government over appointment of Officers in Power Department.
Shri Upadhyay has said that in next few days this environment crisis can worsen. No doubt the burning of stubbles by farmers of Punjab & Haryana can be a big reason behind the present heavy pollution but we need to note that while Delhi is chocked the situation is not so bad in Haryana and Punjab where the stubbles burning is taking place. Therefore the Government should immediately appoint a panel of specialist to assess the real reason behind the present environmental chocking.
Shri Upadhyay has said that this problem is unlikely to end in next few days in Delhi a large number of people are already affected by throat infection. Doctors believe that next few days will be critical for children apart from heart & lung patients. Therefore Delhi Government should make arrangements to provide mask for school children and make available beds in hospitals & mobile dispensaries for people suffering from breathing problems.
