MCD polls-NCP manifesto promises overall development of New Delhi.

National Communist Party, released its manifesto on Monday for the upcoming MCD polls and has promised overall development of the New Delhi including cluster development project , if it voted to power.
The manifesto was released in the presence of senior leaders like Sharad Pawar, Tariq Anwar, Supriya Sule and others.
In the last MCD polls, 2013, NCP won six constituencies and they are hopeful to get more seats this time, said Ramesh Gupta, Delhi, State President NCP.
