GLBIMR under the visionary leadership of Mr. Pankaj Agarwal, Vice Chairman, GL Bajaj Group of Institutions and Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director General, GLBIMR, is organizing a Management Development Programme MDP on “Talent Management- A Heart of Transcendence in Knowledge Economy” on October 15, 2016 at its Greater Noida Campus where Dr. Rishi Raj Singh, International Training Program Director, NIESBUD, Govt. of India will be the Chief Guest of the event and Mr. Kamalendu Bali – Director-Solutions, Concentrix, Gurgaon will be the key resource person.
This program is designed to help the organisations gain an understanding of the intricacies of talent management like talent planning, talent acquisition, employee on-boarding & integration, performance management, individual development, succession, organisational readiness and retention. It will provide valuable insight into various constituents of Talent Management like stages of talent management; process of acquiring strong workforce; aligning employees with the organisational objectives, mapping people against the future initiatives of the organisation etc. Delegates from various corporate houses comprising different industry sectors and academia will be participating in the MDP programme.
