New Delhi, 2 June 2022: If you are emotionally stable and into the right state of mind, nothing can stop you,” said Archana Singh, International Peak Performance Strategist and writer, in an exclusive conversation with Ten News on Wednesday.

Urging people to not procrastinate but act, she points that as an individual l we are defined by what we do and not by what our plans maybe. “We all know it but we do not do it, what we just planning,” she says.

Singh further stated that for an idea to come to the brain it must be stable. “Every thought comes into the brain first, if the brain is not stable where the idea would come from? When you are meditating you have good chemicals in your body, when you have good chemicals you do not get disease. When you do not get the disease, you get a good life,” she points.

Talking about people who are constantly thinking about lot many things continuously, she says, “Even if you are working, why should you have ten tensions? Focus on the work at hand. Do not focus on ten things. The purpose of meditation is to go into the void.”

“An empty cup cannot pour into another cup. If you are not happy you cannot give happiness to others,” Singh says, adding, “Some women say I gave so much for my family – why there is a requirement of saying such things. Either do it with love or do not do it at all ”
Talking about her book, Lets Meditate – Way to Inner Transformation, Singh shares that her book has 24 pages which focus on step by step answers to questions on meditation and is action oriented.

Recalling her own journey in the field of meditation, she said, “There was a time in life when I had everything, I had my home, I had my husband and I could go anywhere for vacation. But there was something lacking.” And that’s what drew her towards meditation. She was introduced to the ways of Asian meditations and after mastering it, she decided to spread the knowledge among people.

Archana also feels that on the lines of Yoga day, there should be a day dedicated to meditation so that more and more people can experience its true power. “A day dedicated to meditation would be great,” she concludes.
