#MeToo: Mumbai police closes Tanushree Dutta’s case against Nana Patekar citing lack of credible evidence

New Delhi:In the latest development in the Tanushree Dutta sexual harassment case, the police have not found any evidence against NanaPatekar magistrate court classifies the case as maliciously false.
Nana Patekar ‘s lawyer, Advocate Aniket Nikam said,,”The entire allegations against my client were false from the inception. My client is innocent and justice will be served.”
On the other hand, TanushreeDutta is in no mood to back down. Slamming “corrupt police force and legal system”, Tanushree Dutta now plans to challenge the police report.
