New Delhi, 4th June 2022: BJP MP Gautam Gambhir had organised a press conference at New Delhi on Friday to discuss the Central government’s schemes and policies in the last eight years.
“I had promised myself to get rid of the Ghazipur garbage dump. Earlier people who used to ask to bring down the height of the garbage mountain are now asking to entirely get rid of the dump is a success in itself,” he said.
Gambhir said that he believes in actually doing the work on ground-level than on documents. He emphasised on his scheme “Jan Rasoi’ that provides food to over 4000 poor people in four different locations in Delhi. “We are also planning a ‘Jan Library’ for the people with free wifi, computers and an entire wall will be dedicated to PM Modi and his life journey. ”
Apart from this, he also praised the new L-G of Delhi for his attentiveness at resolving problems in the national capital. He told the media that he is in discussion with the L-G about the Ghazipur garbage dump and construction of the multilevel parkings in New Delhi.
During the covid pandemic, free vaccinations were provided to 20000 people from the MP’s office. He also said that Narendra Modi with his contributions to the growth and upliftment of the country has made him the most Honourable and worthy Prime Minister across the globe.
He also mentioned about the diverse schemes of the government in various sectors including, healthcare and pandemic management, Antyodaya – serving the poor and marginalised, ensuring farmer’s welfare, nari shakti for new India, youth-led development, infra at scale and speed, economic reforms, tech-powered India, integrating the North-East, national security and foreign policy, historic and landmark decisions, and conserving and honoring cultural heritage.
