Moser Baer (India) Greater Noida about 2300 emplyoees have stopped the work consequently affecting factory operations of the Company and its subsidiaries. Employee on the condition of anyomity said Rs 7000 salary hike has been demanded to which management has responded that we have been running the company on loan support of banks ..He also added that company is offering VRS… Large number of PAC is in the campus for which food and stay and arrangements have been made. Company started facing probem as the global demand for CDs reduced drstically….The management is reportedly in constant dialogue with the workers in presence of the concerned government and administrative authorities. Company is reportedly monitoring the situation on day to day basis and all appropriate steps in resolving the matter are being taken as warranted by the circumstances.
