The Khar police busted a party at the Pali Hill home of Arpita Khan, Salman Khan’s sister, following complaints of loud music from her neighbours.

The party was attended by several Bollywood celebrities.

Officers at Khar police station received an alert from the Mumbai police control room around 2.30 am on Saturday after residents of Pacific Heights at Pali Hill, which is under the jurisdiction of the Khar police, complained about the loud music.

A police team went to Arpita’s apartment and ordered her to turn off the music. An officer from Khar police station said, “The organiser of the party (Santosh Mane, 34), who brought the music system, was told to pay a fine of Rs 12,500 and the music system was seized.”

It was returned to Mane after he paid the fine at Khar police station.
