#Narayan Rane to continue as #Maharashtra’s Heavy Industries Minister

Maharashtra Cabinet Minister Narayan Rane said here on Tuesday that he has decided to remain in the CongressParty and will continue as Maharashtra’s Heavy Industries Minister.

“After discussions with Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi,Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee president Manikrao Thakre, Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithiviraj Chavan and other leaders, I have decided to remain with the Congress,” said Rane.

“I will continue as Maharashtra Heavy Industries Minister and try my best so that the party wins the assembly polls,” he added.

Rane also said that although it’s not necessary that Congress will win, but he will work towards the party’s win in the upcoming Assembly polls.

Manikrao Thakre also confirmed Rane’s decision, saying that he will continue to be with the Congress and will contribute in the party’s Assembly campaign.
