New Delhi: (22/12/18) After the Delhi High Court judgment on National Herald case ordering AJL to vacate Herald House within two weeks. BJP Today slammed Sonia and Rahul Gandhi Accusing them for misusing the public property.
Addressing the Media, Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said, “Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi are out on bail for buying 5000 crore property for 50 lakhs. Court asked them to vacate the National Herald house. Clear case of daylight dacoity.”
He Further said, “The way in which public property, costly land is being misused by the family trust of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi along with their family members have been confir by a judgement of the Delhi High Court.The court has taken cognizance of their wrong doings and made comments on it. The massive irregularity in the scam in the appropriation of public premises by Soniaji and Rahul Gandhi family has been also found questionable by the court.”
“Congress President Rahul Gandhi is asking us these days about Rafale. He is asking us questions even after the verdict from the Supreme Court. Our question to Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi is, please respond to this court order,” added BJP leader.
