Nefarious intentions of the ruling #BJP and its leadership

The nefarious intentions of the ruling BJP and its leadership are coming out in open with the raking up of the Ram Temple issue ahead of the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections. What is more disturbing for the democracy is that the radical thoughts are being spread by using centers of education like Delhi University. Aam Aadmi Party sees the trend disturbing as BJP leadership is now targeting young minds to communalize the society.

The seminar organized by the right organisations in Delhi University and addressed by BJP leader Subramaniam Swamy is condemnable and calls for democratic forces to unite against the communal forces. The most disturbing is that fact that the BJP has chosen a centre of education like Delhi University to pursue its communal agenda.

“This is typical of BJP that they gear up for an election by polarizing minds. What was attempted today in Delhi university is a gross violation of the autonomous character of the education institution. We condemn the meeting on the construction of Ram Temple held today which is aimed at disturbing the communal harmony of Delhi, ones responsible for the meeting and its permission needs to be prosecuted,” Aam Aadmi Party leader Ashutosh said in a press conference here today.

The meeting at Delhi University comes in close heels to the statement by Union Culture Minister Mahesh Sharma who claims that central government led by Narendra Modi is committed to the construction of the temple in Ayodhya. It is also during a time when the sister organization of BJP Pariwar, Vishwa Hindu Parishad trying to bring in raw material for construction of the temple in Ayodhya.

It seems that all the stake holders of communal sangh pariwar are ganging up to create a situation of unrest in the society and Delhi is in their prime target to disturb harmony. The past incidences of attempts to create communal disturbances in Trilokpuri and Bawana etc were an attempt in the direction.

What is more disturbing is the audacity of BJP MP like Manoj Tiwari calling a public personality of fame Aamir Khan a traitor on an official forum, the standing committee of Parliament. The comment of the BJP MP reported in public domain has not been denied by anyone yet. It proves the intolerance of the ruling system under the control of BJP led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi does not allow anyone to speak their mind. The BJP and its leadership rather than understanding the message and concern of the society are opting to shooting the messenger.

The despicable intentions of the BJP and its leadership to polarize the society and specially its targets to disturb harmony in the National Capital Region will be fought with all people’s might here. Aam Aadmi Party and its leadership will work to build awareness among the people against the evil intentions of right wing groups in Delhi and elsewhere.
