NEW DELHI BJP HOLDS A MEMORIAL MEET FOR PATHANKOT MARTYRS AT CONNAUGHT PLACE

New Delhi, 7^th January.  New Delhi District BJP workers today organised a memorial meeting for Pathankot Airbase Attack Martyrs outside Palika Bazar in Connaught place.

Apart from party workers a large number of common people joined the memorial meet and lit candles as a tribute to the armed forces personal who lost their lives at Pathankot fighting terrorists.

Delhi BJP President Shri Satish Upadhyay, District President Shri Suresh Sharma, MLA Shri O.P. Sharma, Pradesh Vice Presidents Smt. Shikha Rai, Smt. Vaishaka Salani, Smt. Kiran Chadha, Yuva Morcha President Shri Nakul Bhardwaj, District General Secretaries Shri Prashant Sharma & Shri Om Prakash were prominent amongst those who paid tributes.

Shri Satish Upadhyay said that fighting terrorists the security forces at Pathankot sacrificed their lives but did not allow them to enter the prohibited zone of the Airbase. The nation will never be able to pay back their debt.

Tomorrow 8 January at 1.30 pm outside Fatehpuri Masjid, Chandni Chowk the Delhi BJP Minority Morcha led by Shri Atif Rasheed has organised a memorial meeting for Pathankot martyrs.
