Supertech Launched Courtyard in Eco Village 1, Greater Noida (West)
17th August 2016: Supertech Limited, India’s leading real estate developer, has launched a new tower named ‘Courtyard’ which is a part of the Eco Village 1 project, located at Greater Noida (West). These new 2BHK apartments will be available in 1005 sq. ft. in size. The new development will boast a personal garden for each home with all modern and latest amenities and facilities.
Talking about this new tower, Mr. R K Arora, Chairman, Supertech Limited, said “I am extremely delighted to launch this new concept development which will have lush green personal gardens for the residents of the tower. ‘Courtyard’ at a nascent stage has generated enormous interest which is an endorsement of our reputation as a trusted developer. Also, we have given possession to more than 1000 allottees for the first phase of Eco Village 1 and 500 families are already residing in the complex. After getting completion certificate from GNIDA, we have started sub-lease deed (registry) in favour of allottees. The latest tower ‘Courtyard’ once completed will boast an industry first feature of 82% landscaped open area. All units in the project are 4-side open and designed to be Vaastu and Fengshui friendly. The project will also come with an in-house garbage/sewage treatment plant. The complex once completed will also offer superior features in terms of wellness facilities, security measures and other conveniences such as ample parking space and an ‘Eco Bazaar’, the in-house shopping arcade.
