NGT refuses Noida Authority permission for temporary usage of sector 138 dump yard!

National Green Tribunal on Tuesday refused to allow Noida Authority to use Sector 138 Dump Yard. Noida Authority has termed it as a temporary arrangement, which also hasn’t been allowed by NGT.
