Niranjan Smiriti concludes in New Delhi



Late Pt. Niranjan Prasad was one of the most revered flutist of his time and played his flute all around the globe. The national orchestra member, Niranjan Prasad also featured Hindi movies, including some blockbusters Guddi.

This year on the occasion of his fourth death anniversary, the musical evening was organised in ICCR auditorium New Delhi. The inauguration of the event was done by Minister of Culture, government of Delhi, Kapil Mishra.

Various recitals were performed in the event, including, Vandana by Surabhi Shukla, Flute Recital by Sh. Saurabh Banaudha (Flute) accompanied by Sh. Rajeev Shukla on Tabla Odissi Dance by Padma Shri Ranjana Gauhar & Group.

After the performance of, Saurabh Banaudha, audience were seen enthralled and mesmerizing. Flute of Saurabh Banaudha was melodious and heart touching.

Odissi dance by Shri Ranjana Gauhar group, was also highlight of the event. Performance by them was also applauded by audience with a big satisfaction.
