New Delhi: In a stinging attack on the Centre, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday said no government in history with such an overwhelming mandate had been “harassed” the way AAP dispensation is being “targeted” and accused the BJP of reneging on its poll promises.

He also made a politically loaded attack on Narendra Modi during his reply to the debate on Budget proposals on the last day of the session saying peoples’ view has been that the Prime Minister was creating hurdles for the AAP government.

He said he has been requesting for an appointment with Modi “who seems to be too busy” and also slammed Lt Governor Najeeb Jung for frequently declaring his government’s orders as “null and void”.
