Noida, May 15, 2026: Plot allotments to be conducted through Interview and E-Auction; process begins from May 19
In a major initiative aimed at strengthening Noida’s image as an “Area of Excellence,” the Noida Authority has launched a new allotment scheme for industrial, institutional, corporate office, hospital, school, commercial builder and hotel plots. Under the scheme, plots across multiple sectors will be allotted through interview-based selection and e-auction processes.
The promotional material prominently features Yogi Adityanath and Nand Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi’ along with the slogan: “Happening Present, Promising Future… Welcome to Noida.”
Categories of Plots Included
The scheme covers the following major categories:
* Industrial Plots (Manufacturing & Processing Units)
* Institutional Plots
* Senior Secondary School
* Hospital
* Nursing Home
* Corporate Office
* Commercial Builder Plots
* Commercial Hotel Plots
Important Dates
* Scheme Start Date: May 19, 2026
* Last Date for EMD Submission: June 9, 2026 till 5:00 PM
* Final Submission Deadline: June 11, 2026 till 5:00 PM
Plots Available Across Key Sectors
According to the released list, plots are available in several prime sectors including Sectors 3, 6, 7, 9, 10, 18, 71, 80, 94, 124, 142, 162 and 164.
While several plots will be allotted through the e-auction process, institutional categories such as schools and hospitals will be allotted through an interview-based selection process.
Boost to Investment and Development
Experts believe the new scheme is expected to create fresh opportunities in industrial investment, education, healthcare and hospitality sectors in Noida. The initiative is also likely to accelerate infrastructure development and employment generation in the region.
The Noida Authority has invited interested investors and institutions to participate in the online application process.
