Noida Authority to bring Abadi land under it

It’s official. Noida Authority will amend its building bylaws to include abadi land falling in villages from December 01, 2014.

Officials said on Wednesday that all formalities will be completed by October-end, and once finalized, the bylaws will define the permissible ground coverage, percentage of commercial activity, parking spaces, height of boundary wall, fire safety norms and number of floors. These will be decided based on plot size and on Noida’s prevailing norms.
