Noida commuters to pay a full-day flat rate for parking between 9am and 11pm.

The Noida Authority has decided to revise parking rates in the city. The new rates, to take effect on January 16, are meant to rein in the parking mafia and will require commuters to pay a full-day flat rate for parking between 9am and 11pm. While four-wheelers will be charged Rs 20, two-wheelers will have to pay Rs 10.

Currently, four-wheelers are being charged Rs 10 for first two hours and Rs 5 for every additional hour. Two-wheelers are being levied Rs 5 for two hours and Rs 5 for every extra hour. An additional service tax of 14.5% is also charged as part of parking fees.
