Noida DM LY Suhas wins silver, French contender takes Gold after nail biting finale!

In the Gold medal match for India, Suhas Yathiraj faced Frenchman Lucas Mazur for the right to claim gold in Men’s Singles SL4.
While things look bright for Suhas after first match, the last five minutes of finale gave the victory to France’s Mazur.

He won the first round, whereas lost the second one.

He also begun the third decider round with a lead of 3-0, but it proceeded to turn into a high intensity match.

After ups and downs, Lucas made a strong comeback and scores equalled at 9, after Suhas leading with an 8-5.

At halfway, Suhas got the 11th point and the scores turned to 11-10 in his favour.

However, tables turned soon Lucas equalizes again at 12-12.

Later, he took a lead and Lucas reached 15 point mark first. The Frenchman lead by 2 points and has 15-13 score against Suhas.

However, at the culmination Suhas Yathiraj of lost to Lucas Mazur of #FRA in the Men’s Singles SL4 final and wins the Silver
