Noida inc body seeks changes in mixed land use

The Noida Entrepreneur Association (NEA) has demanded amendments to Noida Authority mixed land use scheme approved by the Noida board recently.

NEA President Vipin Malhan said: “Noida Board has approved the mixed land use on units located on 24 metre wide roads only. It appears authority has floated scheme to give benefit to some auto showrooms and furniture showrooms
