BJP’s victory in two North-East States, Nagaland and Tripura filled the party workers with enthusiasm. The party has termed it as ‘Vijay Diwas’ and celebrating the victory at every party office across the nation.
Since March 3, 2018, party workers have been celebrating the landslide victory with a great zeal and burning crackers, distributing sweets and rejoicing the victory by congratulating each other.
In this row, workers of Delhi Pradesh BJP observed Vijay Diwas at party office today. On this occasion, senior Delhi BJP leaders, Mayors of all three zones have celebrated and congratulated each other for the victory.
Talking on the event, BJP Mayor of NDMC Mayor Ravinder Gupta said indeed this a moment of joy for all party workers.
“Now we have 21 states but the victory of Tripura is very important for us because of the left rule. Left party was in power for more than 20 years there and we have succeeded to root them out.”
“Now our next target is West Bengal, Kerala, Orissa and Karnataka and soon the BJP will be in power there,” he added.
While celebrating the victory, BJP Delhi Pradesh Chief, Manoj Tiwari said that the landslide victory in North-East states proves that the people on NE have accepted Prime Minisrer Narendra Modi and his progressive policies. “I’m glad be a part of such a party which has now government in 21 states and huge acceptance. This is the real victory for us.”
