NRI alleges of 1.5 crore fraud by Ansal Builders and ICICI

New Delhi: ICICI Bank topped the list of banks that witnessed most number of frauds in 2017 with state-owned SBI taking the second spot.

The latest victim of the Fraud is NRI couple, Jaspreet singh & his wife who are Presently residing & working in USA Got Scammed by Ansal Builders and ICICI Bank. In the year 2007 when they were employed in Dubai they visited a property expo with an opportunity to invest in Delhi/NCR. Jaspreet & his wife came in contact with Ansal Builders and got to know New township Sushant Lok-3 in
Gurgaon. After primary phase introduction Jaspreet came to india and visited the site, Amardeep Singh, Brother of Jaspreet Was Responsibie For day to day Follow up and taking care of the property deal. Leading to the deal Ansal Builders Provided a Home Loan worth Rs. 1cr to Jaspreet from ICICI bank.

Every thing went smooth But the Things Changed Completely, When Jaspreet & his family went to the property site they found a boundrywall surrounding their villa in such manner that no one could enter in the newly constructed villa.
After primary enquiry they came to know about a person named Omprakash was the actual land owner of the property as he canceled the land-Cosharing agreement.

After that, Jaspreet and his family came to know about the fraud with them. They contacted Ansal Builders but didn’t get any support.With no Resolution of dispute Jaspreet brother filed a case against Ansal Buiiders in competent court. Gurgaon court after examining the case and evidences finally took cognizance u/s 420,1208 of IPC against directors of Ansal Buiiders ‚and summoned all the directors to present themselves in court.
