I.T.S. Engineering College-Orientation for Students 3rd & 4th Year-Mechanical Engineering

Gr. Noida, Saturday 2^nd August 2014: I.T.S. Engineering College, one of the premier Institutions in the field of Engineering and Management Education organized an Orientation program for Students of 3^rd & 4^th Year-Mechanical Engineering by distinguished GM -HR, Bosch Engineering Ltd , Mr.Ajay Kumar , from 11 am Onwards.

The main theme of organizing this lecture was to motivate and inculcate the sense of confidence in the minds of budding engineers who are ready to spread their wings and take up the independent journey of life.

The opening of program was made by presenting a bouquet of flowers to GM-HR Ajay Kumar by Director Dr. Vineet Kansal followed by lamp lighting and Saraswati vandana in the guidance of Dr. Vineet Kansal, Director I.T.S Engg. College , Prof Sanjay Yadav and Mr. Ajay Kumar. A brief appraisal of Mr. Ajay Kumar who is a Graduate in Economics & Statistics with MBA in people mgmt , Diploma in IT , Legal background and various professional topic based certifications. He is strong in strategic thinking, content based leadership & influencing abilities, love mentoring youngsters and creating a result oriented team. He has a successful track record in establishing credibility of HR function within the business.

The GM –HR initiated the lecture which was based on Placement procedures, expectations and challenges to be met and how to cope up with the professional environment.

He briefed about the talents that a company looks in a fresh recruit, how to prepare for a dream organization, the challenges one can anticipate and meet the organizational expectations.

He briefed about the techniques of how to grow leaps and bounds with the organizations and to cope up with 1st working environment. This should be taken as a challenge for emerging engineers and mechanical engineers in particular.

The lecture ended by handing of Token of Appreciation by Prof Sanjay Yadav who thanked the Esteemed guest and audiences as it was a great opportunity for all to hear and learn from such reputed personality and were obliged with his benign presence. This event was co-ordinated by CRC and Mechanical Department.
