On Saturday, Author and Anchor of Indian news channel NDTV24x7 Sunetra Choudhury shared her experience of writing her new book ‘Behind Bars: Prison Tales of India’s Most Famous highlights’, Explaining how different jail experiences can be depending on who you are and what you can pay.

“People who go to jail came so traumatized they don’t want to share their story, Amarsingh was in prison for just four days but it took him to 4 months to have interview with me”, said Sunetra.

On being asked Her favorite VIP prisioner is? The author answered Surprisingly ‘A Raja’. As The former Telecom Minister admitted that his stay in prison was “comfortable”. She further spoke about the problem in jails like Gangs formation in jails, Raping of the prisoners and various hidden aspects of the Indian jails.
