Performance of IPS officers

The Smart Performance Appraisal Report Recording Online Window (SPARROW) has been adopted with effect from 1st April, 2016 and the State Governments/Union Territories/Central Police Organisations/ Ministries and individual IPS officers have started recording Performance Appraisal Report online. The deadline for closing of Performance Appraisal Reports is 31.12.2016.

This was stated by the Minister of State for Home Affairs, Shri Haribhai Parathibhai Chaudhary in a written reply to a question by Shri Sumedhanand Sarswati in the Lok Sabha today.
