PM #Modi To Inaugurate National War Memorial In #Delhi Today

Spread over 40 acres, the National War Memorial will be dedicated to the nation by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday. The complex is a commemoration of the sacrifices made by Indian soldiers since Independence with the names of 25,942 martyrs etched in stone forever.

The main structure has been built in the form of four chakras, each signifying different values of the armed forces, with the eternal flame and obelisk located in the inner-most chakra (also called Amar Chakra).
