New Delhi: After The ED’s strong action against Nirav Modi, a prominent jewelery trader, emerged as the main culprit in the country’s largest banking scam. Many of his hideouts have been carried out throughout the country. The raids are going across the country and yesterday one of the showroom in Mumbai was raided.
With two CBI cases registered against him, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) seizing gold and diamond worth Rs 5,100 crore during searches and the Punjab National Bank (PNB) rejecting his “vague offers”, Nirav Modi’s case does not seem to get any better in the near future.
In a scathing attack, the Indian Youth Congress on Thursday,
staged a massive protest against NDA government and PM Modi on huge scam, ‘The PNB Fraud’. Youth Congress also Targeted billionaire Nirav Modi. The protest march was led by IYC National President Amarinder Singh Raja.
Speaking Exclusivey To Ten News, IYC President, Arminder Singh Raja Said, “Loot and escape had become the hallmark of the Narendra Modi-led government at the Centre. We want to know, who is protecting Nirav Modi? We also Demand Arun Jaitley Resignation.”
