Poor coordination between MCD and Delhi government will make city suffer during monsoon claims Ajay Maken

DPCC president today conducted a presser and presented data related to progress of desilting process in Delhi.

The data shows that only 4.70% desilting is near completion and of 29th May.

Ajay Maken said, “There is lack of coordination between municipal corporation and Delhi government for which Delhi people are going to suffer very badly. It is also resulting in the lack of progress in the necessary work required as part of Monsoon preparedness”.

He further said, “There is no difference between this an last MCD. No ground difference has come so far. I accept that there are many fresh faces in the MCD now but still nothing good is happening”.

Ajay Maken also said that now all good officers are trying to get out of Delhi as no one wants to be used as a football between Delhi government and MCD.
