Prabhas’s Facebook account gets hacked, actor issues statement

Mumbai, 28th July 2023: Prabhas’ official Facebook profile was hacked late Thursday, prompting the actor to publish a statement. The page has been repaired. The actor, who was most recently seen in Adipurush, had stated on Instagram that his team was investigating the situation.

Two viral videos were uploaded on Prabhas’ official Facebook page late on Thursday. These were titled ‘Unlucky Humans’ and ‘Ball Fails Around the World’.

Prabhas verified the hack on Instagram Stories a few hours later. He stated, “Hello everyone, my Facebook page has been compromised. Team is sorting this out.”

Some internet users reacted to Prabhas’ posts by trolling him. One of them said, “Unlucky Humans are the ones who saw Adipurush.”

The page has been restored, and the posts and comments have been removed.

Prabhas was most recently seen in Adipurush that garnered a lot of hate because of its poor dialogues and distortion of the facts of ‘Ramayana’.

Prabhas is currently preparing for the release of another action film, Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire. The upcoming film, directed by Prashanth Neel (of KGF fame), also stars Shruti Haasan and Prithviraj Sukumaran in key parts. It will be released in theatres on September 28.

Prabhas will also appear in Nag Ashwin’s upcoming flick Kalki 2898 AD. The film, which was previously dubbed Project K, stars Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Kamanl Hassan in key parts. The film’s producers recently revealed its debut trailer at the famed San Diego Comic-Con. It will be released in theatres next year.
