Pradesh President serves legal notice to Shri #ArvindKejriwal

Under the leadership Delhi BJP Pradesh Incharge Shri Prabhat Jha a delegation of BJP leaders met Chief Election Commissioner Shri V.S. Sampat and submitted a complaint in connection with the baseless allegations made against Pradesh President Shri Satish Upadhyay by the convener of Aam Aadmi Party Shri Arvind Kejriwal and requested the Election Commission to take action against him and his party for this low grade politics.  The delegation included Pradesh President Shri Satish Upadhyay, MPs Shri Vijay Goel & Shri Ramesh Bidhuri, former Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta and Advocate Shri Ajay Digpaul.

In a Press Conference BJP Pradesh President Shri Satish Upadhyay said that he has served legal notice at the office address & residential address (Ghaziabad) of Aam Aadmi Party Convener Shri Arvind Kejriwal and asked him to prove the charges within 24 hours otherwise defamation case will be filed against him.

Shri Satish Upadhyay also said that Shri Kejriwal who claims of morality every time should apologize to the people of Delhi and me or renounce politics if he has no proof.

Pradesh BJP Media Incharge Shri Praveen Shankar Kapoor said that Shri Kejriwal who has been tweeting the whole day about producing evidence could not attend Press Conference today. This is a proof of his admitting his falsehood and shows that he has no proof.
