Priyanka Chopra treats her fans with ‘The Sky Is Pink’ first poster

Actor Priyanka Chopra gives her fans a sneak peek into her upcoming film, ‘The Sky Is Pink’ by sharing the first poster on her social media page. Directed by Shonali Bose, the film will be screened at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 13. It is set to hit the theatres on October 11.

While sharing the poster on Twitter, Priyanka wrote, “In this family, crazy doesn’t skip a generation! We bring to you #TheSkyIsPink trailer tomorrow at 10 AM!,” The poster portrays a picture of fun loving crazy family, where the actor is on Farhan Akhtar’s back and Zaira Wasim and Rohit Saraf are running ahead. Priyanka and Farhan play the role of Zaira and Rohit’s parents in the film.

Earlier, while leaving for TIFF, the actor had shared a still from the film, in which Farhan Akhtar can be seen holding Priyanka in his arms lovingly. “Made with love and so much more!” she had captioned the Instagram post.

Sharing another still from the film, actor Farhan wrote, “TheSkyIsPink was made with not just hard work but with a lot of love and it is overwhelming to receive so much love and appreciation at #TIFF! The trailer will be out soon guys! Stay tuned.”

Priyanka is quite excited about the film as she is keeping her fans in loop by updating about the things taking place at the Toronto International Film Festival. She even shared behind-the-scene pictures with Shonali Bose.

With this film, Priyanka is making a comeback to Hindi film industry, after a long break of three years. ‘The Sky Is Pink’ is based on the real life of a motivational speaker, Aisha Chaudhary, who suffered an immune deficiency at the age of 13. It also sheds light on the love story of her parents.
