Ravi Shastri tops list of  most deserving candidates for India’s Cricket Coach

Since, from the resignation of Anil Kumble from India’s Cricket coach designation, a new battle has raised in the Cricketing world. There are some high profile names in the list for competition, including Virender Sehwag, Ravi Shastri and Tom Moody, however former team director, Ravi Shastri is the leader in the battle.

Kumble’s conclusion also confirmed rumours that had been circulating for months about him falling out between with Captain Virat Kohli.However, as per the sources, Virat Kohli, the skipper would play a vital role in selecting the coach and Virat Kohli has always favoured Ravi Shastri in and as Coach of the team.

The new coach will be selected by the three-man Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC) of Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly and VVS Laxman on July 10, immediately after India’s tour to the West Indies. The new coach will take charge of the Indian team for the series against Sri Lanka.
