Sainik City- A Dream Come True

Aashraiy organization, who is working for social cause from last 5 years and now it has come up with a special project for soldiers and their families. This was one of their dreams to work for soldiers. With this idea Nilaya Infra Pvt. Ltd and Aashraiy want to build a society for army who can get all the amenities under one roof.  The name of the society is “Sainik City” which is relevant to their project and will be commercially equipped.

The project has been launched on 24^th April 2016. The soldiers were honored and the families of martyrs were given certificates of the organization. The event was inaugurated by Brig. Y S Chaudhary, Col. T. P Tyagi, Ashu Verma (Mayor of Ghaziabad), and other guests present over there.

During this ceremony advocate B C Banasal (Zila Sainik Board), Satyendra Yadav(Subhash Yuva Morcha), Nitin Tyagi(Director of Nilaya Group), founder of Aashraiy Organization Sandeep Kumar, V P- Project- Pradeep Mallik, Rajneesh Manchanda  and all the staff members of Aashraiy Organization were also present. In this housing society the amenities which soldiers will get are 24/7 medical emergency facility, water and electricity, social clubs for army personnel, playground, community hall, 24/7 Wi-Fi. They can also avail the facility of shops and CSD canteen in the society itself. The society will be built in area of 10 acres which is situated 500 Km away from NH 58- Delhi-Meerut road which is an institutional area. In this housing society there will be 4 kinds of flats which will be of 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK. In which, in its first phase the pinnacle will consist of 508 flats of 2BHK and 3 BHK. They will also provide 20% off on flats to the defense personnel and in coming 3 years the project will be ready.
