One after another they  are  announced with great enthusiasm. First return of black money, then the clean Ganga ,next jana dhan yojana and now the swachchh abhiyan. Each yojana if successful will do wonders for us. Only the very cynical are sneering  the rest are agog with expectation. Prime Minister will succeed if we all join in his efforts. If he  can ensure genuine pan India participation. WILL HE?
