SBI Card Adds More Power to Its Mobile App

– SBI Card Mobile App 3.0.0 available across all major mobile platforms –

 New Delhi, 14 June, 2016: SBI Card, one of the leading credit card issuers in the country, has upgraded its mobile app. The refreshed app will enable SBI Card customers to access information and avail services for their credit card account on the go. SBI Card Mobile App 3.0.0, will offer users all the features of the previous version, with additional features such as Balance Transfer, EnCash, Easy Money and Flexipay that can be accessed by the customers anywhere, at any time. The new app will be available to customers across all major mobile phone platforms such as Android, iOS and Windows.

 SBI Card has been making focused investments in technology – both, at the back-end and to the customer-facing digital touch points such as the mobile app – to constantly improve the overall customer experience. The launch of latest SBI Card Mobile App is another step by the company to leverage technology to make life simple for its customers.

The SBI Card Mobile App now allows users to access exclusive services such as:

• Flexipay: Flexipay feature allows users to convert big purchases on their SBI credit card into EMIs of 6, 9, 12, 24 and 36 months
• Balance Transfer on EMI: Through this feature SBI Card customers can transfer other bank credit card outstanding to their SBI Card, and choose the option to pay back in EMIs, in 3 simple steps
• EnCash: This exclusive service, now available on the new mobile app, allows SBI Card customers to fulfill their cash requirement. The app, offering comprehensive features, will allow customers to opt for the payback period of 12, 24 or 36 months
• Easy Money: Giving a literal meaning to mobile banking, this feature allows SBI Card customers to book money from the app and receive a draft at their doorstep

In addition, SBI Card customers will now be able to update their personal mailing address and contact details such as email ID and mobile number through the new mobile app.

SBI Card mobile app downloads, across the major app stores, stood at over 13 lakhs at end of May 2016. The SBI Card Mobile App can be downloaded from the Google Play Store, iOS App Store and Windows Phone Store.
