SC has initiated a noble initiative: Manoj Gorkela Advocate

Intro: Today, we have with us Advocate, Mr. Manoj Gorkela, vice-chairman Lawyers of the World Association. He was appointed as youngest lawyer (additional standing counsel Government of India in year 2005 and known as most hardworking young lawyer. Apart from that, he is an excellent swimmer and shooter, won many medals in these sports.

While, talking to Ten News team, he spoke about judiciary of India and some other legal issues.

TN: SC is going to begin with hearing of triple-talaq from May? What do you have to say to those who call it interference in freedom of religion?
MG: It’s a very good announcement came from honorable Supreme Court, I think this type of practices should be abolished as soon as possible. These types of practices make society uneven and rough. I just want to add, these methods are harmful for our society and culture.
