SC orders Supertech to refund 18 more buyers

NOIDA: The Supreme Court has ordered realty major Supertech to refund money to 18 more homebuyers in two 40-storey residential towers at Noida’s Emerald Court. The Allahabd high court had earlier this year ordered the two towers, Apex and Ceyane, to be demolished for violation of building norms. The case is now being heard in the apex court.
