SC refers AAP plea on dissolving Delhi assembly to Constitution bench
The Supreme Court on Friday referred AAP’s petition seeking dissolution of Delhi assembly to a Constitution bench, which is a bench of five or more judges.
The top court, however, made it clear that pendency of the AAP petition would not preclude the LG from taking appropriate steps if he thinks it fit.
