SC refuses to stay Centre’s notification

SC refuses to stay Centre’s notification demonetising ₹500 and ₹1,000 currency notes SC asks govt to take more steps to alleviate harassment to common man because of demonetisation . Supreme Court asks Centre to file an affidavit giving details of steps taken to ease inconvenience faced by citizens.
