Seven missing kids rescued in police drive

GHAZIABAD: City police have rescued seven missing children from different parts of Delhi and Haridwar in the first three days of their rescue mission ‘Operation Smile’.

In the month-long operation, which commenced on September 23, police traced five kids to shelter homes in Delhi and two in Haridwar. They are now working on legal formalities necessary to reunite the kids with their families, even as efforts are being made to trace several other missing children.
