SMT RENU SHARMA, PRESIDENT BWWA, FACILITATED WIDOWS AND DISABLED CHILD DURING BWWA DAY-2015
BWWA is a non-profit organisation which trains and assists wives of BSF personnel in areas such as skill generation, education of children, introducing new techniques to wives of BSF personnel as well as their children, career counseling, health, life style, housing for widows and sharing and resolving their problems so that wives of BSF personnel should not feel loneliness.
The Border Security Force Wives Welfare Association (BWWA) celebrated BWWA Day organized on 18th Sept 2015 at Ashwini Officers Mess of BSF, Nizamuddin, New Delhi.
Smt. Renu Sharma, President BWWA was the Chief Guest and graced the occasion in the presence of all member of BWWA Committee.
During the celebration, Chief Guest Smt. Renu Sharma, President BWWA facilitated the Widows of BSF deceased personnel and distributed gifts to disabled children of BSF wards. A book named ‘Right and duties of Seema Prahari’s wives’ was unveiled and Family medical health cards were also distributed to BWWA members.
During the occasion, Chief Guest Smt. Renu Sharma, President BWWA also commended the organization for ensuring various welfare activities in the BSF and said that BWWA day is celebrated on every year of the 18th September and has undertaken the important role for the uplifting and welfare of families of BSF.
