Somnath Bharti, MLA from Malviya Nagar, attacked BJP and alleged that, this election defeat is a result of EVM tampering.
BJP led MCD has done nothing in the past 10 years, however AAP has done various positive things for Delhi.
BJP also used money for attracting voters. There was no Modi wave in the MCD elections, he added.
