Sony Entertainment Television is set to elevate the entertainment fever
Mumbai, 11th July 2024 Promising a captivating journey of extraordinary talent and electrifying dance moves. Sony Entertainment Television is set to elevate the entertainment fever with the coming of its homegrown dance reality show, India’s Best Dancer Season 4. This show will showcase contestants putting their best dance foot forward, taking dance to newer heights with the theme – Jab Dil Kare Dance Kar. Adding the glamour and entertainment quotient on the show, Bollywood diva Karisma Kapoor will be joining the esteemed judges panel featuring Geeta Kapur and Terence Lewis to evaluate the talents, while Jay Bhanushali returns as host, joined by last season’s Top 5 finalist Aniket Chauhan. Co powered by XX and Produced by XX, India’s Best Dancer Season 4 premieres on 13th July, every Saturday and Sunday at 8 pm only on Sony Entertainment Television.
Each season from the audition itself, contestants have 90 seconds to impress judge, also known as E.N.T specialists. This season Karisma Kapoor will judge as per ‘Entertainment’, Geeta Kapur for ‘Newness’, and Terence Lewis for ‘Technique’ requiring contestants to showcase at least three power moves. A new feature this season is “Mauka Ya Chauka” where contestants receiving the best buzzer face this challenge. Opting for ‘Mauka’ ensures direct entry into the Top 12, bypassing Mega Auditions, while choosing ‘Chauka’ involves a dance-off against a former contestant now on the jury panel. They will either directly reach the Top 12 or be asked to go home. During the Mega Auditions, contestants will compete in pairs or trios to advance to the next round. At the Grand Premiere, the judges will announce the Top 12 contestants, dubbed the ‘Best Barah,’ who will then be paired with their respective mentor/choreographer for the journey ahead. Each week, these contestants will compete to get one step closer to winning the coveted title of India’s Best Dancer title.
