SRK’s son Aryan releases first directorial project, Karan, Suhana praise efforts

New Delhi (26/04/2023): The newest advertisement for brand Dyavol.x, directed by Aryan Khan was released recently. Dyavol.x is a high-end streetwear label created by Aryan Khan, himself. The advert includes the father-son duo of Shah Rukh Khan and Aryan Khan and takes place in a dark and gothic room.

Within a day of it’s release the advert has garnered a lot of praise and attention. Suhana Khan, Aryan’s sister, praised the advertisement in a comment on her father SRK’s Facebook.

Suhana commended her brother and wrote, “Incredibleeee” in the comment section of the post. Filmmaker Karan Johar, who has known SRK and Gauri Khan for a very long time, used fire emojis in his comment. Shah Rukh Khan’s frequent collaborator Farah Khan also took to the comment section and wrote, “N I got to direct Aryan for his first shot.. yooohoooo.”

Aryan has launched his own luxury street wear brand and announcing the release he shared a post of himself sporting the clothes and wrote on Instagram, “It’s been nearly 5 years since the conception of this lifestyle luxury collective. D’YAVOL is finally here.”

In 2019, Shah Rukh Khan made it known that his son Aryan has no intention of becoming an actor. He had said on David Letterman’s show, “Aryan doesn’t have what it takes to be an actor and he realises that too but he’s a good writer. I think wanting to be an actor has to come from within. Something you really need to do and find a set of skill that helps you do it and learn it. But I think I realised it from him when he said that to me. He came to me and said, ‘I don’t think I want to act’.”
