SUPERTECH assures investors that their projects are completely safe , but buyers not happy

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is a special message from M/s. Supertech Ltd., to our all esteemed customers in view of the recent order passed by Honorable Allahabad High Court. Firstly we would like to inform you that the recent order has affected only our two under construction towers – Apex and Ceyane situated at our project Emerald Court, Plot No – 4, Sector-93A, Expressway, Noida. No other project /tower of the company has been affected by this Court order.

Copy of high court order may kindly be thoroughly pursued to derive own conclusion .Kindly don’t be misguided by the builder explanation .

We would also like to inform you that M/s. Supertech Ltd., has always believed in rule of law. All our projects are being constructed in total compliance of all rules and bye laws of the competent authorities. Even in case of our two towers – Apex and Ceyane, which are now affected by the recent Court order, all approvals and sanctions were taken by the Company as required in law from time to time. The land was allotted by the Noida Authority vide Lease Deed dt. 16.05.2005 & Supplementary Lease Deed dt.21.06.2006 and important approvals in respect of these towers are as follows:

1. Building Map approval dt.26.11.2009;Ref. Letter No.-NOIDA/TPL/09/III-142/146.
2. Revised Map approval dt.02.03.2012; Ref. Letter No.-NOIDA/TPL/2012/III-142/507.

Contents of the para are not based on the customers feedback , kindly get the contents of the para verified through google search results.Approval referred under Sr No 1 & 2 are Conditional Illegal approvals obtained ,conditions referred in the approvals have not been complied till date and illegality has been acknowledged by concerned officials as the approvals were not granted based on the ground realities and scurtinisation of the certificates and information submitted by the builder.Kindly see attached documents informing issue of fake certificate,show cause notice issued by Noida authorities and fire department which till date remain to be complied.

Now the company is taking appropriate legal recourse after getting the copy of the order from Honorable Allahabad High Court. At this juncture, what we need is your help and co operation to get over this legal issue CO IS ONLY TRYING YOU TO ENTRAP TO FULLFILL ILL CONCEIVED AMBITION BY FORCING ON YOU ILLEGAL UNSAFE ,UNHEALTHY ,COMFORTLESS ,SERIOUSLY NON COMPLIANT ACCOMMODATION AGAINST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ,KINDLY MAKE IT CONVINIENT TO IMMEDIATELY VISIT SITE ALONG WITH THE OFFICIALS OF NOIDA AUTHORITY ,FIRE AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT ,ASK BUILDER TO PROVIDE FIRE NOC,ENVIRONMENT CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE AND AFFIDAVIT FROM NOIDA OFFICIALS THAT AFTER COMPLETION IN THE SUGGESTED MANNER BY BUILDER THEY SHALL PROVIDE LEGAL VALID AND COMPLETION CERTIFICATE AS IN ABSENCE OF LEGAL COMPLETION/POSSESSION CERTIFICATE NEITHER YOU CAN OCCUPY NOR CAN GET THE SAME REGISTERED. In past also we have faced these type of situations but we overcame that with the help and co-operation of our trusted customers. A SENSE OF BREVADO PREVAILS IN THE BUILDER ,HE HAS DEVELOPED UTTER DISREGARD FOR LAW ,CONTEMPT FOR IT ,HE IS SEEKING YOUR COOPERATION NOT AS A TRUSTED CUSTOMER BUT TO DECEIVE YOU AND TO CHEAT YOU ,KINDLY TAKE DECISION WITH FULL AWARENESS We request you not to feel panicked by the news reports in print and electronic media. We will complete the project as promised in a given time frame.IT IS REASON FOR YOU TO PANIC AS YOU HAVE INVESTED YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SO DONOT BE MISGUIDED BY BUILDERS FALSE SYMPATHY.
