Supreme Court to decide validity of penal provision in IT Act today
The Supreme Court will on Tuesday pass verdict on Constitutional validity of Section 66A of Information Technology Act, the controversial provision which makes posting offensive material on social networking sites an offence punishable by up to three years in jail.
