This laparoscopic technique is less expensive and there is less scar formation than four port conventional laparoscopic cholecystectomy. This new technique is being increasingly used by surgeons around the world. The main advantages of laparoscopic surgery include better cosmetic results, decreased post-operative pain and faster functional recovery.  Two ports laproscopic cholecystectomy has been applied to gall bladder removal as a step towards even lesser invasive procedures than the conventional four-port surgery.”He further explained, “Two-port mini LC scores over the conventional techniques as it requires minimal new instruments and can be performed at all laparoscopic centres without any new cost inputs, and simultaneously achieve the goal of minimal access surgery.Smaller and lesser incisions have led to minimal scarring and improved cosmesis. The post-operative pain experienced by our patient was significantly lower.”Dr. Nitin Pandey, General Manager Operations, Max Multi Speciality Hospital, Greater Noida said, “At Max Multi Speciality Hospital, Greater Noida, our objective has always been to provide medical excellence with an all round focus on patient care.
