Central government has issued orders to go on an all-out offensive against Naxalites after Sukma Attack. Reportedly home minister Rajnath Singh has been given a time frame of 75 days to tackle the Naxalite problem.
Since after ghastly Sukma Attacks around 72 Naxalites have been arrested so far. Twenty of these are said to be a part of those attacks as well. CRPF has conducted 200 anti-naxal operations after attack that happened on 24th April.
Now CRPF IG Devnedra Chauhan has issued a clear cut warning to Naxalite forces to either surrender soon or face wrath of its soldiers.
As per sources CRPF personnel’s have been given a free hand by Central Government to deal with Naxalite problem.
Also a search and clean operation is underway at the moment. From Sunday to Tuesday 350 CRPF soldiers conducted a revenge operation at the borders of Sukma and Bijapaur in Chattishgrah. A probable 15 to 20 Naxalites were killed in this operation. One soldier also attained martyrdom during the operation, which also injured two else.
