I.T.S Dental college Greater Noida Organizing a Guest Lecture and workshop on “CURRENT CONCEPT IN LASERS” .

Continuing ahead in their stride to provide the best in the field for betterment of patient’s treatment and advance education of the doctors and students, the pioneers in dental health and education I.T.S Dental College, Hospital & Research Centre, Greater Noida ,for the first time in NCR region organized one of its kind of conference & workshop titled “Chasing the LASERS:- Current Concept” where in eminent clinicians and speakers Dr. Sachin Katwe(Pune), Dr. Rohit Kochhar and Dr. Sachitanand Arora introduced the advanced techniques and bright future of Lasers in dentistry to a live audience of 150 Doctors and PG Students from various dental fields and specialties.

The Chief Guest for the occasion was Padamshree Dr. Siddharth Mehta, who is an eminent dental surgeon of New Delhi and has served the country both Nationally & Internationally. The inaugural function was graced by Hon. Chirman of I.T.S – The Education Group Dr. R.P Chadha, Director PG- Studies – Dr. Anmol S. Kalha and Principal Dr Puneet Ahuja.

Enumerating the various options and treatment modalities available in laser application on patient’s soft tissues, the audiences were feasted by a live demo on patients smile correction. To further inculcate an interest in lasers, a hands-on workshop was also conducted for the participants.

>Keynote speaker Dr.Sachin Katwe also stressed on the advantages of using lasers in routine over the conventional techniques and shared some of his cases with the audiences to prove the level of excellence that can be achieved by using lasers in day to day practice.

The session concluded with note of thanks and presentation of a certificate and memento to the speakers by the esteemed Director PG- Studies – Dr. Anmol S. Kalha and Principal Dr Puneet Ahuja urging to the participants to be aware of the newer, better and more precise options of patient treatment for which ITS Dental College, Hospital & Research Centre shall always be striving for.
